BREW GUIDE

For Drip

Grind

Grind your coffee beans according to your brewing method. If using a french press, use a coarse grind. Coarse ground coffee will resemble the consistency of sea salt.

If using a home brewer, grind your coffee to a medium grind. This should have a consistency close to regular sand.

Brew

Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of filtered water at 195-205 F.

Store

Store beans in an air tight container out of direct sunlight.

Do not store coffee near strong smelling foods.

For Espresso

Grind

Grind your coffee beans to around the size of table salt. When the ground coffee begins to clump together, you're at about the right consistency.

Brew

Use 9 grams of coffee for a single shot of espresso using filtered water at 195-205 F.

Store

Store beans in an air tight container out of direct sunlight.

Do not store coffee near strong smelling foods.
